After working in the garage door repair & installation industry for over a decade, Garage Door Revival owner Matt Neveu decided to start his own business with the goal to make it better than the companies he worked for in the past.   Matt came out to give me a bid on a new garage door after another company said my garage door was structurally inoperable. Matt did a full inspection and determined the garage door needed a tune up with some small repairs versus a complete replacement. He was fast, trustworthy, and affordable.   I heard about this place at the recommendation of many community Facebook users. Matt was awesome! My garage door fell off the track and was a mess. He showed up when he said he was going to, thoroughly checked over everything, made recommendations as I requested and replaced everything I needed on the spot! The price was also very reasonable. He'll answer all your questions, make recommendations (but isn't pushy), teach you how to maintain your equipment, and has workable response times. He was efficient and thorough, while checking on the overall integrity and operation of the door and opener. He talked me through exactly what he did and even gave me advice on maintaining the door to keep it running smoothly. The final price was exactly what he quoted.   I want to give all the praise and appreciation for Matt and Garage Door Revival. I’ve been having an issue with the safety eyes faulting out when the sun hits them for over a year. I had another service provider come out and they charged me quite a bit to not fix the issue, because they showed up when the sun was already setting. Matt told me over the phone what I could do to fix the issue myself and texted me the part I needed. He could have easily come out, costing me a trip charge for a $6 sun shade part that’s available on Amazon. Instead, he treated me with kindness and respect (and fixed this really annoying ongoing issue by sharing his knowledge.) That’s what integrity looks like. Call Matt! He will take care of you.
